Keral (Dexketoprofen Trometamol)
Keral is a pain killer from the group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is used to treat mild to moderate pain, such as muscular pain, painful periods (dysmenorrhoea), toothache. If you have heart problems, previous stroke or think that you might be at risk of these conditions (for example if you have high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol or are a smoker) you should discuss your treatment with your doctor or pharmacist; medicines such as Keral may be associated with a small increased risk of heart attack (“myocardial infarction”) or stroke.
Kineret (Anakinra)
Kineret (an immunosuppressive agent) is a type of cytokine that is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Cytokines are proteins made by your body that co-ordinate communication between cells and help control cell activity. In rheumatoid arthritis, your body produces too much of a cytokine called interleukin-1.
Lodine SR Tablets (Etodolac)
Lodine SR Tablets are used to treat the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis by reducing inflammation, swelling, stiffness, and joint pain. Each tablet contains 600mg of the active ingredient etodolac. In this tablet, the medicine is released slowly which means that you only have to take one tablet each day.
Boots Aspirin Enteric Coated Tablets
This medicine belongs to antiplatelet agents that help prevent blood cells sticking together. It can be used to help prevent further heart attacks and strokes in patients who have had a history of these conditions or after by-pass surgery.
Maxidex (Dexamethasone)
It is used to treat inflammation of the eye surface and the front portion inside the eye (anterior segment) and to prevent or treat inflammation following surgery to the eye. It helps to relieve the symptoms of inflammation such as redness, soreness and swelling.
Feminax Express (Lysine)
This medicine contains ibuprofen lysine which is the lysine salt of ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is one of a group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (known as NSAIDS) which work to reduce pain, fever and swelling. It causes joint pains, skin changes and problems with other parts of your body.
Ketocid Capsules (Ketoprofen)
Ketocid Capsules contain ketoprofen which belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that reduce pain and inflammation. They are called modified-release capsules because they are manufactured in a way that allows the ketoprofen to be released and slowly absorbed by your body over a period of several hours.
Maxitrol (Dexamethasone, Neomycin sulphate, Polymyxin B sulphate)
Use of steroids may make infections worse. As with any antibiotic, use of MAXITROL for a long time may lead to other infections.
Ketorolac Trometamol
Medicines such as Ketorolac Injection may be associated with a small increased risk of heart attack (“myocardial infarction”) or stroke. Any risk is more likely with high doses and prolonged treatment. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.
Medrone (Methylprednisolone)
Medrone Tablets contain methylprednisolone. Methylprednisolone belongs to a group of medicines called steroids.
Feldene (Piroxicam)
Feldene is one of a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This means it will help to relieve pain and reduce swelling affecting joints.
Firazyr
Firazyr is used for treating the symptoms of hereditary angioedema (HAE) in adult patients. In HAE levels of a substance in your bloodstream called bradykinin are increased and this leads to symptoms like swelling, pain, nausea, and diarrhoea. Some of the side effects connected with Firazyr are similar to the symptoms of your disease.
Froben Tablets (Flurbiprofen)
Froben Tablets belong to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NS1AID3). Froben can also be used to treat other painful conditions such as toothache, pain after operations, period pain and migraine. Are you pregnant or planning to become pregnant, or are you breastfeeding? Froben may make it more difficult to become pregnant.
Indometacin Capsules BP 25mg or 50mg
These capsules are called Indometacin Capsules BP 25mg or 50mg. Each capsule contains the active ingredient Indometacin BP 25.0mg or 50.0mg.
Strefen Honey & Lemon (Flurbiprofen)
These lozenges help the symptoms of sore throats, such as throat soreness, pain and swelling. You should get some relief from pain and soreness within half an hour of sucking a lozenge.
